The new strategic management and risk management system was implemented in State Labour inspectorate in Lithuania by our company Novian Systems (at that time it operated under the name of Algoritmu Sistemos).
Implemented system provides upgraded systematic methods to compute risks for large variety of entities, while reducing resources used on risk management process, allowing to assess different risks, choose risk management tools, also define relationships between separate risks.
The riskiest entities are being checked first, thus overall systematic risk is being reduced (controlled) at the most efficient rate possible.
The quality management system installation and the citizen’s service improvement system implemented for the institution enabled the electronic performance monitoring and tracking, improvement of the State Labour Inspectorate’s activities and services, more effective control of the occupational safety and health protection status of employees in the country's enterprises.
The key advantage of this system – it facilitates an easier and more productive strategic planning. After the system is installed, managing authorities are able to manage the organizational performance indicators more efficiently and get analytical reports on the performance data in real time.
