KOVTP open source service portal for local governments is a website content management solution, turning a conventional website into a service portal.
This service portal offers a Website solution suitable for both the private and public sectors, providing a fixed price, firm concept and simple content management.
Possibilities offered by KOVTP:
- Firm concept – the whole layout of the information and the proposed information architecture are primarily based on the statistics of existing websites and the suggestions of the usability experts;
- Interfacing with other applications (e.g. visitestonia.com, peatus.ee, Facebook and Twitter), turning a conventional home page into a service portal;
- Mapping application (interfaced with the mapping application of the Land Board – enables the management and display of information and services through the mapping application;
